Need a document notarized? Solace & Sage offers professional and convenient Florida Notary Public and Remote Online Notarization (RON) services for individuals and businesses.

Whether you prefer to meet in person or complete your notarization remotely, the goal is to make the process straightforward, secure, and convenient.

In-Person Notary Services

In-person notarization is available by appointment. Please have the document requiring notarization and a valid, acceptable form of identification available at the time of your appointment.

Mobile notary services may also be available depending on location and scheduling.

Remote Online Notarization (RON)

Remote Online Notarization allows eligible documents to be notarized online through a secure audio-video platform. This provides a convenient option when meeting in person isn't practical or necessary.

You will be required to complete identity verification and present acceptable identification as part of the online notarization process. Document eligibility and additional requirements may vary.

Notary Signing Agent Services

In addition to traditional and Remote Online Notarization services, Notary Signing Agent services are available for real estate and loan document signing appointments.

Having completed specialized Notary Signing Agent training through Florida Notary Service, I am prepared to facilitate document signing appointments with professionalism, accuracy, attention to detail, and respect for the time-sensitive nature of real estate transactions.

Signing agent services may include:

• Purchase and seller signing appointments
• Refinance document packages
• Home equity and HELOC signings
• Loan modification documents
• Reverse mortgage signing appointments
• Other real estate and loan document signing packages

Services are available by appointment, with mobile availability based on location and scheduling.

Please note: As a Notary Signing Agent, my role is to facilitate the proper execution and notarization of documents as directed. I cannot provide legal advice, interpret the legal effect of documents, or advise signers regarding the terms of a loan or transaction.

Notarial Service Fees

Transparent pricing with convenient in-person, mobile, and remote online options.

In-Person Notarization

$10 per notarial act

Available by appointment at an agreed-upon location.

Remote Online Notarization (RON)

$25 per online notarial act

Complete eligible notarizations securely online from the convenience of your home, office, or other location.

Additional technology or platform fees may apply depending on the remote online notarization platform used.

Mobile Notary Services

$10 per notarial act + travel fee

For clients who prefer the convenience of having the notary come to them:

• Within 10 miles: $25 travel fee
• 11–20 miles: $40 travel fee
• 21–30 miles: $60 travel fee
• Beyond 30 miles: Custom quote based on location and availability

Travel fees are separate from fees charged for the notarial act and will be disclosed and agreed upon before the appointment.

Additional Considerations

Additional fees may apply for services requested outside normal availability, extended wait times, parking or toll expenses, or other services beyond the notarial act. Any additional charges will be disclosed before services are provided.

All fees will be confirmed prior to your appointment.
